Our head of department Dr. Lecturer Member. Gülhan Kalmuk, Dr. Lecturer Member. Yasemin Aslan and Res. See. End of term meeting was held with the participation of Döne Tütüncü. At the meeting, our students, who will be going to practice in the next semester, were informed about the applications. Opinions and suggestions from the students were listened to one by one. Activities / activities to be carried out were planned. We would like to thank our academicians and students who participated in this very enjoyable and productive meeting.

An essential panel on "Artificial Intelligence and Education" will be held on May 9, 2021 by the "Artificial Intelligence Policies Association - AIPA" that one of the important artificial intelligence associations established in 2021. Our head of department, Dr. Şebnem Özdemir will moderate the panel.

Important names share their knowledge and experiences with the world at the CloudTalk event held in Europe every year. This year the conference will be held on 26-27 May 2021. Our Head of Department Dr. Şebnem Özdemir will be an invited speaker.

Our department's " Professional Study" course brings together the business world and our students in both practical and visionary ways. In our lesson on May 4, 2021, we hosted Arif Bay, the very successful start-up owner and investor operating in Europe. Mr. Bay also shared the difficulties and advantages of establishing startups in Turkey, America and Europe.

Our Head of Department Dr. Şebnem Özdemir will make an important speech at Kütahya Dumlupınar University on May 8, 2021, stating how the factors of data, human and society have an impact on artificial intelligence.

Our Head of Department Dr. Şebnem Özdemir conduct a seminar titled "Bias in Artificial Intelligence and Explability" to students and faculty members of the Department of Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. The event on April 30, 2021 was held with wide participation. Two critical concepts that have the power to put artificial intelligence back to winter were explained practically in the activity.

Our senior students has started their proffessional lives in companies, where they will work for 14 weeks within the scope of the Professional Practice course. Thanks to the 7 + 1 Teaching Model, they had the chance to transform the academic knowledge they gained into practice. We are proud of our students.

Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, International Trade and Business Department Research Assistant Enes Kurt's new three articles have been published.

International Trade and Business Students have established a Book Club. Our students who wanted to support their time at home with activities outside of the pandemic. The March book was MOMO.

As in the sector, quality is of great importance in health institutions. In order to increase the awareness of our students on this issue and to share their experiences, a "Quality Management in Hospitals" training was organized in which Altınbaş University Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital Quality Manager Sinan Öncül participated as an instructor. With the contributions and questions of our students and academics, the training was carried out in a pleasant and efficient manner.

At the "Artificial Intelligence and Law" summit organized by the Selçuk University Law Academy Community, our Department Head expressed her views. She explained the effect of artificial intelligence on law, artificial intelligence elements that remain in the grey area in terms of law, with case studies and their source.

Murat Çetinkaya, part-time lecturer at the department of Radio, Television and Cinema, is among the finalists at the TRT 12 Punto Script Days, with his new short film project “Family.”
