She was born in Izmit in 1978. She graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Nursing in 1998 and Atatürk University, Department of Nursing in 2011. She completed her Master of Business Administration (English) education at Okan University in 2014. During her Master’s, she studied one semester at Universita Carlo Cattenou- LIUC as an exchange student of Erasmus Program. She completed a doctoral degree at Istanbul University, Healthcare Management Program in 2019. She is still studying her second Masters’ Degree on Public Health at Saglik Bilimleri University. Between the years of 2015-2016, she was entitled to receive training on "Quality and Efficiency in Healthcare Systems and Hospital Services" within the scope of "Regulation on Civil Servants to be Sent Abroad for Training". She was sent as an observer in Sydney Local Health District / Australia for 6 months by the Ministry of Health. She worked as a nurse at Private German Hospital and Private Acıbadem Hospital between 1999-2001. She worked as a nurse in various positions at Kartal Yavuz Selim State Hospital between 2001-2012. Between 2012 and 2020, she worked as unit manager and specialist positions in Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, as an Deputy Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at SBU Zeynep Kamil Gynecology and Pediatrics Training and Research Hospital, and as a Training R&D officer at SBU Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital. She gave some lectures at the Department of Healthcare Management at Istinye University in the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. Since 15th February 2022, she has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Healthcare Management at Istinye University.
