Dean of the FEASS, she is a graduate of Galatasaray High School (122. Term). After graduating from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, she completed her MBA degree at Bahcesehir University, Department of Business Administration. At this time, she was working in private sector for seven years in insurance brokerage services. During her MBA, she also worked as a part-time lecturer in Tourism Vocational School at Bogazici University (2005-2008), Yildiz Technical University and Istanbul Technical University until (2007-2008). Between 2009-2010, she has been a full-time lecturer at Kavram Vocational School. She received her Ph.D. degree from Institute of Social Sciences at Istanbul University - Department of Management and Organization in December 2012. Her Ph.D. thesis was titled “A Research On The Manager-Employee Congruence And Job Satisfaction From Tthe Work Values Perspective With The Leader-Member Exchange In The Turkish Health Sector”. After completing her Ph.D., she worked as vice- dean of the FEAS and the head of Department of International Logistics and Transportation for three years. She was the Assistant Editor of the Journal of Social Sciences at Gelisim University. In 2016, she has received her associate professorship degree in strategy and management. She worked as vice- dean in the FEAS, and head of Business Department at Beykent University between 2017 February-2020 February. She has been funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) and she has been a visiting fellow at University of Bath, School of Management, Future of Work Research Centre for six mounts. She continues her academic studies within the framework of human resources management, organizational behavior and social entrepreneurship. She has three lovely children; two of them are university graduates and the third one is 9 years old.
