Emel Gümüş completed her Ph.D. in Nursing Management at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University and graduated in 2023. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Sakarya University and holds two master's degrees—one in Healthcare Institutions Management from Anadolu University and another in Nursing Management from Marmara University. Emel Gümüş began her career in 2005 and has held significant roles in various hospitals and universities. Currently, she serves as the CNO - Director of Nursing Services at Acıbadem TIMC (Tashkent International Medical Center). Previously, she worked as the Coordinator of Strategy and Planning at Istinye University and has also been a faculty member at both Bilgi University and Istinye University. Additionally, she is the founder and director of Emel Gumus Academy. In her role at MLPCare Group, Emel Gümüş served as the Director of Nursing Services. Her areas of expertise include healthcare management, education, quality management, and crisis management. She has also participated in numerous seminars, symposiums, and congresses as a speaker and member of the organizing committee and has published various scientific articles. Furthermore, she has coordinated and taught several certification programs and courses. Throughout her academic and professional career, Emel Gümüş has organized and participated in many national and international congresses, symposiums, and courses. She has published scientific papers and continues to work as an expert in areas such as healthcare management, nursing management, and digital technologies.
