In the debate study of Istinye University Public Relations and Advertising first year students on the ''behavior of X, Y, Z generations in the field of individual and corporate communication'', led by faculty member Dr. Esra Bayhantopçu, students are divided into groups and they discussed the communication practices and differences of X, Y, Z generations in daily and corporate life. Within the scope of the discussion; issues such as social media usage purposes of generations, status differences in business life and their effect on communication processes and human relations are discussed. Each group discussed the communication style of the generations they advocate, by considering the effect of changing and developing technology, in the context of the information they obtained within the scope of communication methods. At the end of the debate, the group students who supported their opinions with the best arguments by the voting of the listener students were declared as the first.
