The Head of Department of Health Management Prof. Hacer ÖZGEN NARCI and students of the department attended a program entitled “The Importance of Patient Services as the Vascular Life of Health Institutions” organized by Liv Hospital Ulus on March 31, 2018. In the program, the current status of patient services, staff turnover, applications for patient satisfaction, modern management in patient services, career management, issues of the occupational unionization were discussed.
