At the International Conference on the Balkans and Caucasia organized at our university on 29 November 2018, our Head of Department Asst. Prof. Melik Ertuğrul and Res. Asst. Hüseyin Can Hacıbebekoğlu gave a presentation on 'The Effects of IPA Funds on Economic Growth in the Balkan and the Caucasian Countries'. In the presentation, IPA funds and the scope of them were explained in detail. The empirical evidences obtained from the econometric analyses regarding the effects of these funds on economic growth in the Balkan and the Caucasian countries were presented to the participants.
